What an awesome weekend in Chicago - I'm still working on my race report, and reliving every HOT sweaty mile. My time was not what I would have liked, but I executed the prescribed race plan. I gave everything my body had to give on Sunday.
I'm also trying to get back to the real life grind, and haven't had much blog time - please don't think I"m ignoring blogs!

I think we were on the same page on Sunday! The weather was warm in Long Beach too. It started out in the mid 50's and by the finish is was in the mid 70's which is not great weather to run in. You are capable of so much so let this one ride and I know you will be back!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sad that I missed you this weekend! I will be totally honest and say that I was in a bubble. I wish I had given everything more though and we could have met up. And then to know you saw me at the expo and I didn't hear you. You should have run me down and tackled me! :)
